Really superb stay. Very spacious for 2, has a nice bathtub and separate shower, two sinks, snacks and water bottles provided. Very clean as well, and this is really important for me as I’m a clean freak. Staff were really friendly and helpful all the time as well!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I got there early and left my luggage at the hotel to check in later during the day. They brought my suitcase up to my room when it was ready. Room was cleaned neatly everyday and complements like shampoo was restocked. Breakfast was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, just a little bit of everything. From dumplings, fried veggies, miso soup to toast, cereal, fruits etc. Wish they had more variety of fruits.
Room had a comfortable bed, nice selection of movies to watch, modern high tech toilet but the highlight for me was the onsen style sunken bathtub. Sprinkle a little bath salt in there and take a relaxing bath.
Hotel is in walking distance to bus stops and MRT stations. 7eleven, MC Donalds, KFC and Starbucks are closeby as well (1-2 minute walk). Overall location is great to reach popular sights easily. Definitely would stay here again.

We had room with the balcony and it was spacious and very clean. Hotel provides comfortable experience in the Taipei central district. Breakfast buffet is different every day and each dish is very tasty. Afternoon tea and night soup is thoughtful addition.
But what makes this place stand out (in my opinion) - is staff! everybody is professional, super friendly and helpful!

Great location with walking distance to MRT & plenty of eateries/shopping mall. Room is very clean and comfortable. We experienced earthquake while staying at the hotel. Information was broadcasted to room PA and well handled by staff.
