Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade! Overall, excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel for people staying in Taipei.

We stayed 3 nights in Standard Triple Studio. The room had separate bedroom connected by a small living room with kitchen and working table, it was very spacious and efficient. The hotel's breakfast was also pretty nice with fresh fruit and vegetable juices juiced on the spot. The hotel staffs were attentive and prompt, able to coordinate everything for our various needs, and most surprisingly they have provided us a surprise gift to celebrate my mum's birthday which coincided with our period of stay. <3 We loved everything about Jolley Hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here for their visit in Taipei. :)

I was amazed how luxurious and comfortable this hotel felt, for a very affordable price level. The staff was super attentive, and surprises included free coffee and water served at my seat in the lobby while waiting for my room, and free cakes brought to my room.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at the hotel and we were very satisfied - staff, cleanliness, quality of the restaurant. If we visit Taipei again during our travels, this hotel will be a clear choice for us.
The hotel is very accessible and conveniently located if you want to explore Taipei - there are bus stops near the hotel and a subway station a short distance away where two lines (orange and green) cross. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - they always helped us and answered our questions. The room was clean and tidy - every day room service cleaned the room meticulously, changed towels and restocked the minibar. The beds were the right firmness - we woke up refreshed every day. Breakfasts were rich and tasty, there was a small change each day, we didn't miss anything. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly.
