Location is fantastic - right by numerous bus stops so extremely easy to get around
The mall next door (TaiCung Sixth Market) has fabulous food court and there are lots of great restaurants nearby

Check in was super easy - messaged the host as we were a bit confused as to which hotel we needed to go into and she was waiting outside to greet us
The apartment is in a huge building on a corner and you have to go in through Park Lane Inn, lots of hotels have different names in Chinese and when I translated the instructions the host gave me it came out as a different name which caused me some confusion

Great 24hr lobby service. Stayed in a dormitory room that fits 12, so depends on your luck it may be a peaceful or noisy sleep. Bath towels, toothbrushes are not provided, so you may have to bring your own. Location is decent, a 10mins walk to Taichung mrt station and near to the bus terminals to ferry to Sun Moon Lake
