The quality of service depends on the individual staff member, but the assistance we received for dinner was truly exceptional. He recommended a famous local restaurant and, since online reservations were not available, he kindly called and arranged everything for us. My daughter and I have visited Taiwan about five times, but this was by far the best Taiwanese meal we’ve ever had. Even my daughter said the staff’s kindness was “next-level.” We also enjoyed the breakfast. The location is right next to Ximending, yet the room was quiet with no noise from the trains. Overall, it’s a very good and reasonably priced hotel. Highly recommended.

Booked the classsic Quadruple Room (9th Floor) and Double Room with Garden View and Balcony (6th Floor). Travelling as a family of 6 persons. Very convenient due to its proximity to Taichung MRT Station. Fast wifi connection and strong water pressure with hot/cold settings. Offers plated Breakfast. Have to choose food and drinks the night before in exchange for a food voucher to be claimed at the next door restaurant.
