Everything was nice and well-arranged. I especially enjoyed the staff's service. For a foreigner in a country that has air alerts, it can be odd to stay in a bomb shelter. The staff came to check if I was ok and gave me some tips about restaurants and sites in the city.

This hotel is an absolutely excellent venue! Top location, the room was very spacious and very pleasantly furnished, in front of the room was a very lovely terrace with a view above the roofs in the center towards the Opera House. The staff was so kindly helpful and friendly, very quiet location though in 5m walking distance from the center, very practical, guarded underground parking which is in one time the air shelter that you can reach in one minute, in one word: perfect!
