The staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!)
The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting).
Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!).
There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there.
This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Awesome spacious apartment with everything you might need, wonderful view. Especially enjoyed the rooftop pool area. Handy to have a cafe downstairs to work or lounge in.

The woman upstairs at the gold lounge was super nice when she greeted us and got us a free dessert. The room was beautiful and had a great view of downtown.

The hotel was very comfortable and beautifully decorated in boutique fashion with lots of individual rooms to sit and read or chat. The pool was gorgeous and very clean. The gym was spacious. The cafe and bar was great in the morning for a light breakfast and for drinks in the evening.
The only slight downside was no restaurant. However there was a great restaurant within 5 mins walk and downtown Austin within a mile.
The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful.

In addition to being welcomed by a very friendly staff, we walked into a clean room full of surprises for our anniversary. They were very accommodating in helping us celebrate our special weekend. Being close to the domain, the location was great and we were able to do a lot in the area.
