First time in Boston and first time in The Langham. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent, the hotel is a beautiful building with really nice facilities, the room was warm and inviting, comfortable bed and a great bathroom. But the best part in this hotel is the people who work in The Langham. Everyone try to make you feel at home. In reception, in the Grana (restaurant), concierge, housekeeping personnel....absolutely everyone was kind, friendly and extremely efficient. We´ll come back.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and Quincy Market. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay - we asked for extra blanket and they promptly it delivered to the room. We had to check out early on the last day to explore the city, and they kindly stored our luggage safely for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

I used the accommodation during my Boston marathon. The accommodation met my expectations. Since I love the coast, it was an added value for me. During the weekend the area is very quiet for walking and relaxing. The proximity to Quincy Market will give you many options for dining and souvenir shopping. The subway stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, across the intersection.

Located in the heart of Downtown Boston, this Hyatt is a short walk from shopping and dining at historic Faneuil Hall.
