Staff are amazing. The owners are so friendly, helpful and welcoming and really care about their guest and hostel. The reception and cleaning staff were just as friendly and helpful. Such a great team! I went to reception with a query and it was resolved in seconds. The beds are comfortable with a privacy screen. 4 shared bathrooms per floor, I never had to wait to use a bathroom. The bathrooms are kept clean. Small sweet treats and coffee provided in the morning.

The Verb hotel is beautiful hotel in Fenway. The position is excellent, it is possible to watch Fenway park (the baseball stadium) from the room windows. The staff is super gentle and always available to help. The breakfast does not have a large variety but the food is extremely good! The hot swimming pool is awesome, being outside in the cold of Boston!
