The staff were awesome, they nicely gave me a corner room as a surprise which was nice cause it was my birthday. The aura is amazing! The rooms are up to date. This will be the only place I will stay from now on when I go to Brooklyn

The hotel was excellent. I had some doubts before arriving because I read many reviews (not sure if all were about Hilton Brooklyn), and I was a bit influenced by them – but none of the negative things I read happened. Everything was great: the hotel, the service, and the whole experience. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk – he was very kind, clear, and helpful. The room was a great size, with a minibar, safe, complimentary water, and a beautiful bathroom. The area felt good, especially during the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many nice options around. One thing I really appreciated was the $35 credit that you can use at the hotel’s store or restaurant. It’s basically a taxi reimbursement, and that was a nice surprise. I loved my stay, and if I come back to Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

Coming from Europe we went to NU Hotel for 10 nights in January 2024. Everything was perfect : very friendly staff, nice and clean room, breakfast ! The hotel situation allows you to be very close from public transports and you can easily find some nice bars and restaurants around the hotel.
