The hotel was excellent. I had some doubts before arriving because I read many reviews (not sure if all were about Hilton Brooklyn), and I was a bit influenced by them – but none of the negative things I read happened. Everything was great: the hotel, the service, and the whole experience. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk – he was very kind, clear, and helpful. The room was a great size, with a minibar, safe, complimentary water, and a beautiful bathroom. The area felt good, especially during the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many nice options around. One thing I really appreciated was the $35 credit that you can use at the hotel’s store or restaurant. It’s basically a taxi reimbursement, and that was a nice surprise. I loved my stay, and if I come back to Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Everything is clean and well organised. Complementary Dove products in the big, clean and comfortable restroom with window. The room comes with a coffee machine, tv, ironing things, hairdryer, fridge AND USB connection near the bed. Moreover, it takes only 15-20 minutes to Manhattan (there are at least 8 subway lines around the corner). Within walking distance there are also plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and everything you might need.

Small and welcoming hotel, perfectly located near Times Square. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff (which you can’t get in the usual big franchised hotels). Design of interior rooms, lobby, etc. was modern, clean, crisp and ergonomic. Quality in size of room, hardware and all furnishings, loved the automatic blackout screen and sheer curtains, large windows with view. Service and staff response quick, friendly and efficient.
