I really liked how cozy and comfortable my room was. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the staff was super super sweet. I was there for only 2 nights so they kept my huge luggage bags in the front. They were so accommodating. Also, the shared bathrooms were cleaned well, they were pretty much spotless.

Nice hotel in a convenient location in the Seaport district (the Silver Line that connects to Boston is just across the road), and proximity to the harbour meant nice sea views from our room. The large size of the room was a plus too, especially when some other Boston hotels are tiny— you'll have much space to open up your luggage bags and move around. It's a large building, and when you go up the staircase, there's plenty of space and it's decorated with artworks and bonsai plants.
We were extremely hungry one night and the room-service pizza we ordered from the restaurant was delivered very quickly; it was delicious and the portion size made the price reasonable. There's a buffet breakfast on weekends, and the food was good—it even had honeycombs you could scrape the honey from.
Overall, excellent and friendly staff from the doormen, reception staff and housekeepers. The large lounge area in the lobby with powerpoints and a fireplace for guests to work was a nice touch and helpful for us after check-out.
Btw: if you prefer a hot water kettle instead of the coffee machine in the room, just ask the reception staff for it. We preferred the former to boil water, and the staff had one brought up easily.
