Clean, modern, comfortable, well organised, great location.
The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! The help they gave us before and during our stay was amazing, helping with alternative numbers as our UK ones didn’t work, support for accessing the parking (after hours) just brilliant help and attitude to everything. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!!

The hotel is lovely, but the staff, amenities and the location are the real stars. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and bright. The staff were very welcoming, extremely pleasant and helpful. A wonderful breakfast and afternoon wine/cheese were provided with the stay, as well as coffee and cold beverages all day - what a bonus! The location couldn't have been better - near to the waterfront, Rainbow Row and the Battery park. We were lucky to be there on a day when the hotel provided a short complimentary guided-tour of the harbor/park/surroundings along with an interesting and informative historical overview of Charleston. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We had the luxury one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom, big bathroom and even a washing machine and tumble dryer. The suite was furnished extremely nice and is very big. It even had a heated toilette😀. It was also within walking distance to the shopping area in Charleston.
We had booked on an extremely short notice as our originally booked B&B was terrible.
