It was advertised as cozy and European, but there was plenty of space - especially for the price! It was a bit too “Instagrammy”/trying to be cool for our taste, but the bar was fun, the location was great and the staff was very friendly

Everything was exceptional. From check-in to check out. I had a very late flight on departure day and was allowed to stay up until 6pm on the day of the check out. A really rare occurrence, even for such upscale hotel.

The location of the hotel is very central. You can reach the iconic areas of the city on foot and there is a metro station right next to it.
There are many nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants around the hotel. There is also a casino very close by.
The room we stayed in was spacious. It was generally clean and provided a comfortable stay. The staff was also very hospitable.

The room was, well, roomy! Beds were great. We paid a bit more to get a room with a view of the Chicago skyline. Well worth it! Staff were very friendly and helpful, patiently repeating information when I didn't understand something. Also having a laundromat at the hotel was a big plus.
