I really liked the location of the hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, Michigan Avenue, which is where many of the most iconic places are located, the Navy Pier, the 360 observatory, among others, were nearby. The room was quite comfortable and had a stunning view to the outside mainly at dusk.

The room was well proportioned and a suite with separate bedroom and sitting room. The sitting room had a sofa bed which is excellent for families. The location was excellent on the Magnificent Mile. The bed was very comfortable.
