After a terrible experience in a different hotel, I last-minute looked for a new place to stay during my Chicago Marathon weekend. And man, I’m so glad I found Central Loop Hotel. The staff was so friendly and did everything they can to let me check-in super early because of my horror night before. Thank you so much for saving my Chicago trip.
