What a great location. The staff are amazing and make your stay exceptional. The attached restaurant 'Atwood' is really nice with awesome food & Service. We travelled in a group so we had different rooms. There was lovely self service chill out on the third floor, coffee was really good and the set were very comfortable we would sit there most morning etc. Also, the staff were very friendly, approachable and professional.

Treats: fortune cookies and nespresso coffee machine. Plus, the decoration was simple but really modern. In short, I highly recommend the hotel because the staff is great, the rooms are modern and super clean and the location is amazing to explore the magnificent mile and downtown Chicago.
