Huge luxe rooms and beds were like sleeping in a cloud. Great views over the beach. Amazing gym spread over 2 floors. Nice jogging station set up for outdoor runs. Pool area is lovely, plentiful loungers and was never busy (although pool itself is quite small and shallow at 3ft). Free use of high quality e-bikes which is great for cycling along the beach path to Venice.

We had an issue that was resolved quickly and the customer service was excellent. The apartment was very clean. Well equipped with everything you could want. Laundry was easy to use. Location was very central. Loved the free parking. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend ❤️

Wow the staff here were great! They were all so friendly and also super helpful with getting us familiar with the area.
The room was lovely, clean and spacious, with all the facilities you needed. We didn't use the pool or the beach but they hotel has amenities you could use for these if you wished. We were able to pay extra for late check out, the first hour was free, then we paid $75 for a further 2 hours. from experience this is probably about right!

The hotel is stylishly renovated and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was well stocked with beds and towels and the water was warm. The position facing the ocean was lovely and a relatively easy walk into the shops, bars and restaurants of Santa Monica.
