We stayed three nights in January. The Peabody certainly lives up to its billing as ‘the Grand Hotel of the South’ with a luxurious lobby and regal hotel rooms. The service is extraordinary. Honestly, the staff are always smiling and can’t do enough. Each evening they actually knock at your door offering you chocolates, extra toiletries and extra bottled water (all with a duck motif, of course). The duck parade at 11am and 5pm is a must. Don’t wait until the last minute if you want a prime viewing spot though as it crowds up fast. Our room was spacious and the bed was VERY comfy. We especially appreciated the built-in individual reading lights. The hotel offers free coffee and tea downstairs each morning. The location is great, 2 blocks from Beale and across the street from the ballpark. I can’t imagine going to Memphis and staying anywhere else

cute, modern apartment, fully equipped, clean and chic. Perfectly located near downtown and in the Victorian district with beautiful mansions. Friendly and prompt contact with the host. I was worried about the safety of the area and it turned out to be safe. I walked home from downtown at night without any problems. Great stay!

The folks were AMAZING! I had made an error and booked the wrong day of the week and the crew here went completely out of their way to make sure I had a place to stay. The room itself is so beautiful with a full kitchen, a guitar, yoga mat, very comfy bed, and so much more! Really cool place in the Victorian district. I am so grateful for how kind the folks here were to me.
