We had an excellent stay at this luxury apartment in the Design District! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the district, with a short drive to downtown and easy access to Miami Beach. The apartment itself was modern and stylish, with a small but fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we really enjoyed the free access to all the common areas, including the pool, fitness center, and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Miami! Just a small heads-up (not a complaint!): While the apartment was excellent overall, it's more suitable for 2, maybe 3 people rather than a family of 4, especially if you're planning a longer stay. Still, we had a great time and really enjoyed the space and amenities!

Great location, but what stands out at this property is the staff. Renata at the reception, Rene and Maria in the restaurant upstairs- fantastic service and above all, just very kind and lovely people.

The location is excellent. At first, you might be a little worried because it's in a somewhat isolated area and the rooms are directly exposed without any fences or protection, but the place is very quiet and just a few steps from the Design District, where you can walk, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It is also very close to Winwood. The parking lot is in front of the building and we had no problems with security. In the end, we felt very safe. The accommodation offers beach chairs and umbrellas and access to Miami Beach is very easy. For its location and ambience, I would recommend this accommodation, but apparently I had no luck with the apartment I was placed in.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. Kitchen is well equipped, including also a washing machine. The pool area is fantastic and the gym offers good equipment. The location is good, next to the design district, you can do grocery shopping at a Target 10 min walking distance from the apartment building.

Apartment was as advertised in great condition, smelled amazing once we entered and clean. Beds were very comfortable as well and even though there was construction nearby you could not hear it through the windows or balcony. We booked here last minute after a disaster booking in Miami Beach but owner was able to allow us to book and check in same day and easily reachable. All amenities supplied were sufficient for 3 people including towels and toiletries. Parking was easy to find and covered from the rain and sun which helped a lot. Owner was very accommodating and responsive via messages on booking.com app. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami as it felt like home.
