It’s much better than I expected. I stay in a mixed dormitory room, but I felt so convenient. There are many shared toilets and bathrooms which are clean. A kitchen is available. I feel happy that a laundry is available in a hostel as well.

Staff were the highlight for me. It is in a super safe neighborhood. Won't be able to enter the hotel (except at the guarded main entrance) or take the lift to anywhere without a key card. I stayed there for a little over 11 nights and had the most wonderful chats with the staff there. Everyone is so lovely!
I was given a free upgrade! It was a nice little 1 bhk, excellent (except for a couple of thjngs), excellent washroom and basin, wonderful bedroom with the best view (again thanks to all the staff at the reception). I cannot appreciate and thank the staff more. I don't know if it's Southern hospitality or New Orleans but they were possibly the best staff I hsbe ever come across. Ready smile, warm greeting, and they genuinely want you to have a good time. The security guards at the entrance have the best suggestions for tourists-- places only locals would know.

It was in a great location not too far from the French Quarter. I also loved how they had a restaurant and bar with a wide selection of wines for wine lovers. The staff was also amazing, from the innkeeper Lane to the lovely hostress Aria, to Sammy, our server who gave us excellent recommendations, and our wonderful breakfast server Taylor. Overall, the entire staff was fantastic.
