The staff are exceptional. All of them. I would especially like to mention Alexa. She was so helpful with our packages;
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the TV could conveniently be used to cast from our phones (something all hotels should learn to incorporate in this time and age);

Room is spacious and inspiring. It was great to see that the room was cleaned every day, really inspiring to have some great vinyls that you can play with the seats close to the bedroom where really comfortable to read relax after a good day at work the kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is big enough to store everything that is really necessary or even the unnecessary. The oven and the microwaves are quite practical as well.

Everything ! The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning and our room was ready for us with balloons and a celebratory bottle of cava for our silver wedding anniversary. The room was gorgeous. The bar was really cool too.
We hadn’t stayed in this area before but the subway was a shirt walk away which made getting around very easy.

Beautiful, cozy room. Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!
