The hotel was lovely, great rooftop bar, highly recommended for the views, especially at night.
Small rooms as you would expect from Citizen M, It would be a tight squeeze even for 2 people, but great if you are a solo traveller.

I got a room on the fifth floor and the view was amazing! The people working on the lobby were kind and took care of my luggage before my room was ready and after my checkout so I can visit the city, without me even asking. When visiting NY again, I will look to stay here again.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The communication was excellent, and the room was spacious with great amenities. Three big beds for three people. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the metro station was nearby, so we could get anywhere we needed to go. The hotel also offers breakfast and has a gym.
