The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

The location is great for walking everywhere, even with small children.
The staff went above and betoond to make our stay comfortable, they prepared a stroller for us, they helped us with clean sheets when my toddler was sick in the middle of the night, and were available for question 24/7 .
The room has a small fridge and small microwave and bottled water ( replaced every day) .
The bath tub and fridge makes the room kid friendly. My kids loved it and ask to go back .

Location location location! A short walk to much that attracts people to Manhattan. My room was not large, but perfectly comfortable (how much time will you spend in your room in NYC?). The staff are efficient and charming - such a relief when in a big, dramatic city; feels like home.
