We had a fantastic experience. The team provided an exceptionally detailed and clear email with all the necessary information for a seamless stay. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth. We appreciated the well-kept common areas, like the kitchen and lounge on the second floor, and the excellent location near Times Square. The extra details like local tips on transportation were very helpful. The property is well-organized, clean, and made for a comfortable and memorable trip. Highly recommend!

It was very convenient to get from all NYC airports. Very close to penn station. I was on the 11th floor and it even was quiet. The beds are good. It is small but they've made the best possible to accommodate the room. The stuff was always very attentive and welcoming.
