The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This hotel, for its price has very spacious rooms. We stayed with two kids and there is room for bags and some floor space. It also has a quiet cooling system which is great in summer (when we stayed). Its relatively quiet for its location and beds are comfy. We have stayed twice. I cant beat it for value for money. Staff were super helpful despite me making a booking error and its an easy location for sightseeing between midtown and the village!

Excelent location, excelent staff. Super comfy and very good size for a NYC hotel. We loved our star, Nice bar and pool and a must in NYC. We had to stay in NYC unexpectedly due to the 7/19 airline outage and came really tired from France. To our surprise the hotel was great, in a great location, close to the subway, places to eat, walkable, and the hotel staff super friendly. nice and trendy hotel.
