The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was very ideally situated, it was very close to Empire State building, Flatiron building, beautiful district of Soho. We walked everywhere. There are a lot of eateries within proximity to the hotel. In the lobby area, there is ice-cold complimentary water, you can sit to watch TV. In the morning, you can purchase breakfast from their snacks, coffee or juices. The staff was friendly, helpful. Our room was on the 17th floor, room size was normal for hotels in Manhattan, it was clean and each time we requested cleaning in our room, we informed the reception and they took care of our request. We did late check out and left the room by 15:00 (3 p.m.) by paying extra. They also helped us store our luggage near the reception area at an extra charge of 1 USD per item. I would definitely consider to stay in this hotel on my next visit to New York city. Thank you

The location was perfect. We walked most of the time to all the important places in NY. What was trully spectacular was the view. We saw Empire State Building from our room and the roof view was even better. Also, despite sleeping in the middle of Manhattan, nights were very quiet.

Excelent location, excelent staff. Super comfy and very good size for a NYC hotel. We loved our star, Nice bar and pool and a must in NYC. We had to stay in NYC unexpectedly due to the 7/19 airline outage and came really tired from France. To our surprise the hotel was great, in a great location, close to the subway, places to eat, walkable, and the hotel staff super friendly. nice and trendy hotel.
