The room was spacious, renovated, large bed, quiet, the staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful. We asked to change the room and they delivered my request. The bathroom was also clean and nicely renovated.

Really loved the hotel! Wonderful warm rooftop pool, spacious bedrooms, quiet but very well located. 20 min. on foor from Times Square. Metro just around the corner. Air conditioning in the room was working well and if needed we could turn it off during night. Staff was exceptional! Very reactive and kind. Every single staff member was very professional and attentive to our needs. In particular we wish to thank Courtney for his kindness on our last morning, just before check out. We enjoyed our stay at Royalton Park Avenue very much and we will definitely be back!

The Evelyn is an exquisite hotel with the most welcoming and friendly staff. From the entrance room to the corridors and your room - everything is beautifully designed. Amal and her team are excellent and were very helpful with any question we had. Breakfast everyday is lovely and filling. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It was also cleaned thoroughly each day. After reading some reviews I was worried about room size and our bulky luggage but there was enough space for us to manage. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
