Beautifully designed hotel with lots of attention to detail and a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone who loves Kit Kemp's style will be blown away by this place! I particularly liked that I could open the windows in my room and the shopping bag was a useful addition to the room - very eclectic mix of items in the minibar highlighting the wonderful attention to detail.

Great service. Par ici has a friendly Turkish waiter did t get the name. Spa folks very friendly. Front reception lovely folks. Chatty guy cannot remember the name who greeted us and showed us around. The spa group were very generous gave us macaroons and white wine to celebrate my daughters birthday. Give everyone a raise 😜

Amazing location, right at the subway and so close to amazing restaurants and food options. Room was gorgeous, had everything you would need and was a good size. Bed was comfy and everything was so clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely too

The staff was very welcoming. I arrived early and they held my bags while I went to work. Once I checked-in, the TV in the room had my name in it (nice touch!). The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was heavenly. I also liked the breakfast to go option. I also was very grateful that they held my bag after I checked out. The location was perfect, next to a subway station and near lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

Great location with easy access to all points of interest in Manhattan. Very clean and comfortable. Satisfied breakfast. Luggage can be left in storage after check-out time until late evening. The staff is great and responds happily and positively to every request.
