We stayed 4 days and it was comfortable. There is one bed and one couch bed. Although we were 4 people there was almost enough space. It was relatively cheap and location was good (10 min walk to central park). And also it has a small kitchen and some kitchen utensils. You can always reach to owner of flat. He is trying to help all the time. We are glad we stayed here.

Rooms had a lot of character and history, very clean and neat, plenty of space and very cosy. The location is excellent, just at the doorstep of Central Park and 5th avenue but in a quiet side street, which adds to the whole experience, a feeling of being local. The staff is amazingly kind and professional. Denzel at reception was the most helpful and kind, it was amazing how much he helped us so we could have the best room. Maurice, the concierge, is exceptional, without a doubt he made our trip. He gave us the best recommendations, planned our days, and made all reservations. He knows absolutely everything about where to go in NY! We will return to the Pierre, and we are most grateful!

All New York hotel rooms are small and this was no exception. The bathrooms are small but the room was clean and serviced every day. The location has good restaurants, coffee shops and bars all around so you don't have to go far for something to eat and drink. The neighbourhood is safe too. The staff at this hotel are excellent, really helpful.

The staff were very professional, yet friendly, and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Central Park was close to ideal. There were great restaurants nearby.

Great location on the upper East Side. Nice bar and restaurant. The Bertelsmann’s Bar was iconic but very very expensive but worth it for the experience. It has a very quaint old fashioned feel to it.

Great location, very close to Times Square and Bryant park. loads of restaurants next to the hotel Walked everywhere from there. The mexican restaurant connected to the hotel seves great food and really friendly staff. The two ladies working the reception where absolute angels when I encountered some health issues and was bed bound for half our stay.
