Our room had plenty of space for big cases, shopping, with some storage too. Room was very clean and fresh. i.e. decor, bedding, etc. Bright room with windows and yet had good blackout blinds to keep room dark early morning. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for our needs. Few minutes walk to Natural History Museum and Central Park. Area feels safe and less touristy. Also USB charging ports beside bed were very useful.

Great location-only 3 stops away from time square. Watched a Broadway show and came back late but felt safe walking back as a female and with my daughter. Lots of food options close by if needed. Staff were lovely-requested a late check out and they were very nice about it.

Nice hotel in the heart of Manhattan, the location was excellent, great staff, all main spots of the city was easy accessible with metro, station near by, room was cleaned everyday, big grocery store on the next side of the street. City vibe with theaters and nice restaurants near by!
