Very elegant and luxury vibe and feel. Service is excellent and staff is very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms were very clean, bed was soft and comfortable, and bathroom was clean and proportionate to the room.

It was great but small room reminded me of PRISON. BUT IT WAS COMFORTABLE A LIL SOFTER BED FOR MYSELF THO. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT. It would of been better if I brought some woman ,would of had bedroom funn....but cleaning person came an left posion an last few days f....awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Phoenix! The room was very clean, comfortable, and included a small but cute and well-equipped kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they even allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

I love the staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix. They were very accommodating and super friendly. The guys at the front desk were very helpful when I asked for directions on how to get around the city and where to find food. They made me feel safe and welcomed. The airport shuttle was readily available. I called the hotel while I was at the baggage claim and when we got out, the shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!
