Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very complete and delicious! The room was spacious, clean, beds were super comfortable. Location is great, right in Pearl District and really well connected to public transport system.
Gym was functional and had the minimum necessary equipment.
As in downtown Portland, you may see homeless people around, which can be a shock for someone new to the city, but didnt feel insecure at all in the hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The mobility adapted bathroom met my needs very well. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful outdoor patio area. Location was good - especially since I was traveling by train.
