It was very comfortable, great size room, excellent location. I can see why it’s so popular with their evening drinks and snacks, we really enjoyed that. Staff were excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The location was fantastic. The extras like the complimentary breakfast and the evening kickoff were amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the Riverwalk was perfect.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great.
All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible!
Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Richard was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. It was a very nice hotel with huge rooms, close to the river walk. Especially when you travel with baby/kids.

seriously one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. the attention to detail and the lovelyness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. especially trent who showed us around and mercedes at breakfast were very memorable! and the hotel is way more beautiful than the pictures.. ohh and it smells soooo lovely everywhere ♥️💪
