The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit and relax for happy hour with drinks and appetizers. The location was great and nice clean room. The breakfast was really good in the morning. The only thing was our room key got deactivated because my husband put it in his pocket with his phone. Don’t put it anywhere your phone. Will definitely stay again.

I booked Loews Coronado for my family of 4 for our Christmas vacation. Upon entering the lobby, I saw how beautifully decorated it was for Christmas. The hotel receptionist offered milk to my two kids while my husband was checking in, and then we were led to our room. We had an ocean front view, and it was very nice as well as the room itself. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi in the pool area and the food at both Crown Landing and La Cantina. I also liked the extra touches such as the welcome fruit and nuts plate, the complimentary cookies in our room at Christmas Eve, and the chocolates given to our kids after check out. My kids enjoyed making their Christmas ornaments as part of Loews’ holiday activities for kids. We took Loews’ complimentary shuttle to visit Hotel del Coronado as well, and that was very convenient. Thank you for the experience and good memories!
