What a place. We had a suite on the 7th floor overlooking the marina. Walking distance to our whale watching boat trip so really convenient. Not cheap obviously, especially the parking but we at least managed to get a concession so it was only 32 dollars instead of 47 per day!

The situation of the hotel was ideal, by the water and within a parkland setting. It was surprisingly quiet most of the time. At night there was some noise from the airport but it wasn't too obtrusive. The nearby children's play area was a bonus. The pool was useful and the spa very pleasant. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel decor was clean, tasteful and modern.

Combining minimalist design with sleek sophistication, Tower 23 Hotel is just 2 minutes' walk from Pacific Beach Pier and the boardwalk.
