We arrived earlier than check-in and the front desk representative was able to get us into a room. This allowed us more time to explore Old Town San Diego. She was so friendly and provided us with information on thing to see and do.
We loved the area, hotel and all the amenities it provides its guest. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends and family.

Breakfast was simple but nice to go able and grab and have someone make your waffles. Room was right by elevator and safe.

I loved this hostel, it's clean, well structured and equipped. I have been there for two nights (extending one) the beds are comfortable, it's very clean, there is a sink in the bedroom which is handy to brush your teeth or wash your face without going out of the room. The bedroom had a fan to make sure it was not too hot.
All the beds had a privacy screen, with a light and some plugs for charging electronics.
They offer surf board rentals for really cheap and you can take free towels for the beach, or freesbee or balls to play.
The common area is half covered and half outside with a corner for smokers.
In the morning they offer breakfast, pancakes/waffles, some fresh fruit, oatmeal, coffee or tea.
The area is super nice and they have many shops and restaurants on the same street, and the ocean is 3 minutes walking distance.
