Orchard Garden met our needs. It was in the heart of everything. Room was comfortable; bed was comfortable; shower (see below)it was adequate. I would stay here again. It’s walkable to about everything.

Absolutely loved the vibe and staff that greeted on arrival. Friendly to the last minute you check out. That is everybody. The reception, the bell man whose services you even didn't require. Everyone maintains the impression that you the guest number one. This hotel is more like that Continental hotel from John Wick movies.
The location beats all. There is happy hour with liqueurs from 17 to 18. In the mornings there is hot water and coffee in the lobby. Perfect San Francisco stay.
There is more. The coffee espresso machine in the room is Illy. There are also refillable aluminum bottles for water. The pantry where you can refill are on 03 and 07 floor. Your will appreciate the rooms overlooking the inner yard as they are especially shielded from street noises. The BART station is Montgomery and is 07 mins walk.

the hotel was very clean and nice ,just i found horrible san francisco as a city.
the hotel didn’t advise us that is dangerous to walk in some areas and by mistake we went directly there.It was super stressful and dangerous as there were so many homeless people which was looking like zombies,they were all drunk or on drug and the whole situation was super scary .The hotel is in safe area but i believe they have to advise the guests to avoid these dangerous streets .

Excellent, very clean . Few of the staff were less helpful ( less informed).Others were excellent hence compensated. Location is good surrounded by good food restaurants. Beautiful decorations inside . Strongly recommend for families / solo travelers to stay.
