I cannot recall ever having stayed at a hotel where the staff - from the reception to the cleaning ladies - were more friendlier than the ones in Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. Top tier service and just a paragon of excellence. The location is, as all prospective guests will be well aware, close to all attractions and touristy locations around Fisherman's Wharf. The neighborhood is very safe.

Such an awesome hotel for families. There is not much of a nightlife near the Wharf but Caza has that covered! Free pool, fooseball, shuffleboard, arcade games and tables where you can have some drinks from the bar and play cards. We ordered Doordarsh one night, ordered some drinks and sat at one of the booths and played cards. Highly recommend this hotel! Free milk and cookies every night too! Close to the Wharf where all the tourist things to see and do are.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the wharf and connected to tram lines. Room was soo nice and cosy. Had one of the best sleeps in that bed!

The hotel.was absolutely amazing! Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities! The location is perfect next to Fisherman's Wharf but also next to multiple bus stops making it super easy to move around Sam Francisco! We loved it!
