Excellent, very clean . Few of the staff were less helpful ( less informed).Others were excellent hence compensated. Location is good surrounded by good food restaurants. Beautiful decorations inside . Strongly recommend for families / solo travelers to stay.

Excellent hotel in the middle of San Francisco. The staff is lovely to say the least and ready to help you with everything you needed.
We received a lot of complimentary benefits, such as:
- tickets for the cable cars (which cost at the moment of writing this review 8 dollars/person)
- 25 dollars/day credit to be used at the hotel’s restaurant
- breakfast vouchers
aaand, la piece de rezistance (at least for us)
- champagne whenever we wanted, available at the reception desk
The rooms are big (and extremely big considering San Francisco), fully equipped with everything we needed. The daily cleaning service is very meticulous.
On the street of the hotel you can find other restaurants and pubs, as well as an authentic Mexican taqueria and a grocery shop.
Definitely recommend choosing this accommodation if you want to have a lovely stay in San Francisco.
