Stayed here for a week. Room is very clean and roomier than expected. There is a walk-in closet in the room which is very convenient for storing your purchases and luggage. The location was perfect right across Saks Fifth Avenue in Union Square. All day free coffee and tea in the lobby, and every other day popcorn. Microwave is also available. Staff was very lovely. Enough eating and breakfast options in less than 2 minute walk. This is the hotel to stay in San Francisco.

It’s a gem, we loved our stay in the hotel! The location is great, walkable to many places. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was awesome! There is a gym and swimming pool :)) Thank you for hosting us while in San Francisco!
