The hotel was very busy when we arrived, but the staff was amazing and accommodated us without a problem. The front desk staff was very welcoming and assisted us with a reservation issue I made online without hesitation. The room was great, bed was comfy. The breakfast was such a nice addition to our stay, and all the food was great.

Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wifi worked without any issues. Well located close to bars at San Jose social. Lots of food options.
