There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

Independent hotel, clearly much loved by current owners. Like going back to a simpler, more personalised time. Large, comfortable and quiet room, despite being in city centre. Well-furnished, very clean. Room cleaned, towels replaced and coffee restocked daily. Beds made every day (unlike a nearby Hyatt)👏. Great, ambient bar with lovely snacks and happy hour. Restaurant lovely...had breakfast twice and was not disappointed.
