The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally!
The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place.
Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

The property was decorated beautifully. The beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. The location was an easy walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Uber in the area was 1 minute away each time we called. This is a bonus for non walkers.

Such a wonderful host and comfortable, spacious setting.
The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Wonderful open lounge area with plenty of space to chill.
Walking distance to most attractions with short uber rides when needed.

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was extremely clean and roomy. The bed was super comfortable.
The location was great. Within walking distance, just minutes to the Pier, buses and the train station.
Breakfast was brilliant. A great variety to choose from. I am missing the fresh waffles already. Just delicious.

Reception very friendly & gave us all a bottle of mineral water.
Very convenient for catching the FRS CLIPPER to Victoria - only five minutes walk from the hotel.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a good choice of toiletries.
