First & foremost, Ofelia on the front desk. Ofelia was the most friendly, helpful & informative hotel reception person we have met on our vacation in the USA & Canada. The hotel is in a great location near the cruise line piers, restaurants & Amtrak station to Vancouver. The attached bistro & bar is run by Gabe, a great guy to have a talk with. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Seattle.

Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience. The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night. Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

Very unique. Newly renovated in the Victorian style that goes with the house and mansion. Great common areas with different space to relax and chat. Every morning we had a different type of breakfast. Everyone eats together which slows for great chats with your fellow traveler and makes the guest feel even more at home.
