It’s right at the Wharf where you can go for nice walks by the river and also find many good restaurants. The area is full of buzz from the evening! There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you into the downtown area but you could actually also walk by the waterway…it’s walkable to the Lincoln Memorial, the National Mall, White House etc. The lifts are activated by key card and you select your floor from outside the lift. Lifts are big and fast! Love that! Love it that they have water, cucumber water and watermelon water at the lobby 24 hours. The hotel also has an open outside area on the lobby floor where you could sit and chill and look out to the river.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb. As for the room, it was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a great night’s rest. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay here. The staff, from the manager to the pool staff were simply excellent and very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was really great too. We had the bikes to ride twice, very good. The room was great with a great view of the harbour. All in all, a great stay.
