From our room we had perfect and direct view on Dragon bridge. Such a great staff, especially Ms.Ivy 👏🏻 words can't describe how incredible Ms.Ivy is, with a great personality, always positive with a smile on her face. Ms.Ivy was so helpful and answered all our questions and requests. We wish to meet such a great front office manager in the hotels where we stayed on our trip around SE Asia 😁
