The Lotte Experience is highly recommended for ending a holiday in Vietnam we had fantastic views and treatment from checking to checkout. We joined the club lounge experience which was outstanding in breakfast and dinner.

The hotel’s restaurant serves an amazing breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I stayed with some friends, and we loved starting our day here. Whether it was a delicious Vietnamese "pho" or bread, it was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of sightseeing

Very nice, new, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. I immediately felt welcome. Hannah contributed greatly to this. She took excellent care of me, was always friendly, extremely helpful, and very courteous. In general, there is always someone available at any time. I had a very pleasant stay and can only recommend it to anyone planning to come to Hanoi.

It was good value for money. Staff were so kind and helpful and the apartment had everything a family would need. It was very convenient with separate rooms for the children and a kitchen and washing machine also.
