It was a lovely hotel with at home atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, polite, and caring. One night I asked for another blanket because it was cold, and they gave me one and also a fan heater. It made my mornings/nights much warmer and nicer so thank you!
The room was clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures. I feel that I got more than I paid and I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The front desk team was professional, always greeting me with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. Check-in was quick, and the staff offered helpful advice about nearby attractions and local dining, making my trip even more enjoyable.
The room was cleaned daily, always spotless and tidy, giving me a comfortable feeling every time I returned. Breakfast was diverse, offering a great selection of delicious Vietnamese and Western dishes, suitable for both local and international guests.
The hotel’s location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to the Temple of Literature and right in the city center, making it easy to reach other famous landmarks.
I am truly satisfied with the service quality here and will definitely come back on my next trip to Hanoi. I will also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
