I had the best stay in this studio in Hanoi, and extended my stay at this property. It’s a new accommodation and everything was in excellent condition. Very clean, quiet, the shower was perfect and the bedding is great!

Amazing place, super nice lady. Hot water, comfortable bed and really beautifully decorated house. She let us check in early and never rushed us to check out. So nice we stayed there twice! There was no breakfast as part of the deal but I think I still got great value for money. The apartment was accessible by lift (it opened up directly to our apartment). Came with 2 bathrooms (one shared with the master bedroom and another common bathroom). Does not have a bathtub but that's okay. The water is hot when needed considering it was rather cold when we visited Hanoi. There were some flies around but it was not overly irritating. The apartment comes with a dishwasher and crockery and cutleries so you can order in food and consume them comfortably. Also, the stove (induction cooking), microwave oven and spacious refrigerator makes it excellent to prepare simple meals. Oh there are no utensils apart from a handful of pots and pans.
The washer-slash-dryer is very useful if you're staying for an extended duration so there's no need to bring too many clothes. Just an overnight run with the machine sets you for the rest of the trip.
Using the TV was a bit of a challenge as the default language was set to Vietnamese. So we did not watch much TV. There's no safe in the room so you may have to bring your valuables with you when you walk around.
