The staff is by far the best thing of this hotel. I was treated like a star: they served me fruit and water upon my arrival, gave me a room upgrade, offered me all types of advices, they even took me by motorbike to my bus stop. Location was really good, near old quarters

Top notch hotel, with excellent breakfast. Emma, who served us at breakfast, was such a friendly young lady. She gave us lots of info about night markets, where to eat the best bun cha in the area (where Barack Obama went to eat), and told us how to make the sweet yoghurt from breakfast! (Condensed milk is involved)!
Beds were firm and so comfortable. We booked 3 doubles, and one of the rooms was upgraded to a studio/suites. Very spacious. Good and quiet airco.
Sarah was extremely helpful, booking our transfer from Ninh Binh hotel to the Minasi hotel, and also organised out airport transfer at a very competitive price. Fabio was also very friendly and helpful with information and our luggage.
Location is a bit further away from the Hoam Kiem lake, but it took only 20 mins to walk there. There's also another lake close by where local families go with their children. It was a wonderful experience going there on a Friday evening and seeing all the kids whizzing around on little cars full of coloured lights.
Great team, great hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel for quality and service!

Daisy's Stay is a very welcoming and charming little homestay. Located in a very convenient area of Hanoi with local food and cafes around every corner, it's hidden inside a little alley that protects you from the street noise. My room was clean and neat. Daisy herself was communicative and helpful, and made sure to take very good care of the guests.

It was amazing, the owner is very kind and carefully. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is shared for the two rooms but no issue.
